  14. Once  again I have left it too late to do too much stuff for  my  ol'  mate 
  15. James so I am being a bit lazy and doing this 3 in 1 compo. What that means 
  16. is  that  there are three parts to this but they are all the same  type  of 
  17. competition. The little compo's are all 'ladder word' type where you change 
  18. one  letter in the word to make another word and in the end the final  word 
  19. should be 'LAME'.

  21. As with all of my compo instructions I have confused you all so here is  an 
  22. example of what I am trying to say;

  24. To change POLO to RACE IN 4 goes

  31. Ok! get the idea, start with a short one which is only worth 1 disk of PD.
